  • 1 & 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 & 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust based on how spicy you would like your rub to be.
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste

  • In a small bowl, mix together all the spices until well combined.
