In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper and cook for 1-2 minute or until fragrant
Add in the soy sauce, and stir then top it all off with the vegetable broth.
Add in the broccoli first, cabbage, then kale. Cover with a lid and let the veggies steam for 3-5 minutes ot until they are bright green and tender. Stir to combine, taste, adjust the salt levels and serve.
