Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cups chopped kale
  • 3 cup chopped green cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper and cook for 1-2 minute or until fragrant
  • Add in the soy sauce, and stir then top it all off with the vegetable broth.
  • Add in the broccoli first, cabbage, then kale. Cover with a lid and let the veggies steam for 3-5 minutes ot until they are bright green and tender. Stir to combine, taste, adjust the salt levels and serve.
