Ingredients
 
 

  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 & 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 clove medium garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
