Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 8 oz can water chestnuts drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions optional, highly recommend.
  • Fresh vegetables crackers, or bread for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, mayonnaise, and sour cream until well blended.

  • Stir in the drained spinach, water chestnuts, and green onions (if using).
    10 oz frozen spinach, 8 oz can water chestnuts, 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve. This allows the flavors to blend and develop.
  • Serve the dip with fresh vegetables, crackers, or bread.
