- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 16 oz sour cream
- 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
- 8 oz can water chestnuts drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions optional, highly recommend.
- Fresh vegetables crackers, or bread for serving

In a medium bowl, mix together the Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, mayonnaise, and sour cream until well blended.
