This Jason's Deli Chicken Salad recipe is a delicious sweet and salty chicken salad that would be perfect served with salad crackers, or even as a sandwich!
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crushed pineapple, mayonnaise, slivered almonds salt, and pepper. Stir well until everything is coated well. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper to taste.
2 chicken breasts, 1/2 cup crushed pineapples, 2/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup almond slivers, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for one hour before serving. This will allow the flavors to melt together perfectly.
Serve alone, as a dip, with leafy greens, or even to fill croissant sandwiches.
