Jason's Deli Chicken Salad Recipe

This Jason's Deli Chicken Salad recipe is a delicious sweet and salty chicken salad that would be perfect served with salad crackers, or even as a sandwich!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded.
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapples drained
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup almond slivers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crushed pineapple, mayonnaise, slivered almonds salt, and pepper. Stir well until everything is coated well. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper to taste.
    2 chicken breasts, 1/2 cup crushed pineapples, 2/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup almond slivers, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for one hour before serving. This will allow the flavors to melt together perfectly.
  • Serve alone, as a dip, with leafy greens, or even to fill croissant sandwiches.

Notes

Depending on your preference, toast your almond slivers first before mixing them into this chicken salad recipe to add extra nuttiness and crunch.
