Pour the freshly brewed espresso into a mug, top it off with Irish cream syrup and steamed half and half. Enjoy!
6 shots espresso shots, 1/3 cup half and half, 3 tablespoons Irish cream syrup
Iced
Pour the espresso in a tall glass full of ice, top with Irish cream and stir. Top it off with the half and half and enjoy with a straw.
Blended
Add 1 cup of ice, the cooled down espresso shots, 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (this is an emulsifier) Irish cream syrup, and the half and half. Blend until smooth and enjoy in a tall glass.
