Ingredients
 
 

  • 32 oz frozen hash browns (shredded or diced)
  • 2 cups shredded colby jack
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 & 3/4 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup chopped onion or 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese for topping

Instructions
 

  • Spray your crockpot with cooking spray or use a liner.
  • Mix the sour cream melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cream of mushroom together until combined
  • Add in the shredded potatoes, onion, and colby cheese and mix to ocmbine.
  • Pour the mixture into the crockpot and spread it out evenly.
  • Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours, or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
  • Add the extra cheese on top about 15-20 minutes before serving, and let it melt.
  • Serve and enjoy!
