Preheat the air fyrer to 400F.
Cut the ears of corn so they are about 2 inches in length.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), and salt. Mix well to create the seasoning mixture.

Brush the corn with the seasoned butter mixture, making sure to coat all sides.
Place the corn directly on the grill grates and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and has some charred spots.
Once the corn is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it cool slightly.
Drizzle freshly squeezed lime juice over the grilled corn and sprinkle with additional salt if desired.
