Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears of corn husked
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for heat
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly squeezed lime juice from 1 lime
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fyrer to 400F.
  • Cut the ears of corn so they are about 2 inches in length.

  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), and salt. Mix well to create the seasoning mixture.

  • Brush the corn with the seasoned butter mixture, making sure to coat all sides.
  • Place the corn directly on the grill grates and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and has some charred spots.
  • Once the corn is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it cool slightly.
  • Drizzle freshly squeezed lime juice over the grilled corn and sprinkle with additional salt if desired.
