Hi there! I'm Chahinez, the food enthusiast behind Simple Copycat Recipes. My journey into the world of copycat recipes began in 2020 when I started recreating Crumbl cookie recipes at home. Driven by my love for remaking my favorite dishes without the steep prices or the need to leave the house, I decided to launch this blog with my husband, Kyle.

About Me
I am a self-taught cook and baker with a passion for creating mouth-watering recipes. While I don't have formal culinary training, I did have the wonderful opportunity to intern at a French pastry store in Las Vegas. This experience enriched my skills and deepened my love for baking.

Our Collaboration
As the demands of the blog grew, I onboarded my husband, Kyle, to help manage the workload. Kyle handles the writing of the recipes, while I focus on developing and sharing them online. His support has been invaluable, and I love him for it!
Favorite Copycat Recipe
One of my all-time favorite copycat recipes is the Panda Express Chicken Eggrolls. They taste just like the ones you'd get at Panda Express, but they're made at home. It's such a fun project, and the results are always satisfying!
Balancing It All
Running two blogs is no easy feat, but with lots of planning and sticking to schedules, I manage to keep everything on track. My passion for sharing recipes and seeing others enjoy them keeps me motivated and energized.
Beyond the Kitchen
Outside of cooking and baking, I'm obsessed with fitness and working out. It brings me so much joy and helps keep my head straight. I also love traveling and have visited incredible places like Algeria, Tunisia, UAE, Maldives, Italy, Germany, and France in the past year. I can't wait to explore more destinations soon!
