Taco Bell Baja Sauce (Copycat Recipe)

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp parmesan freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp diced jalapenos fresh or canned
  • 2 tbsp diced yellow onion
  • 1/4 red bell pepper large sized
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan cheese, diced jalapeños, diced onion, red bell pepper, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste to a blender and blend until smooth.
    1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp parmesan, 2 tbsp diced jalapenos, 2 tbsp diced yellow onion, 1/4 red bell pepper, 1 & 1/2 tbsp lime juice, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp dried oregano, Salt and pepper to taste
  • Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate the Baja Sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving, to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve the Baja Sauce as a condiment for tacos, burritos, quesadillas, or any other Mexican-inspired dishes that you like.
