Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 espresso shots
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 3 tablespoon Starbucks pumpkin spice sauce Read notes
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
  • whipped cream for topping
  • pumpkin pie spice for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend, starting with the ice, espresso shots, milk, pumpkin spice cause, and the xanthan gum.

  • Blend until smooth then pour in a tall glass, top with whipped cream a dusting of pumpkin pie spice, and enjoy!
