In a tall glass, mix the honey, cinnamon, and sea salt with the oat milk with a handheld frother. You can also just mix the honey with the hot espresso to get it mixed in easier.
3/4 cup creamy oatmilk, 2 tablespoons honey, pinch of cinnamon, pinch of sea salt
Top with ice then add in the freshly brewed room temp espresso.
