- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cups whole milk
- 2 cups Hellman's mayonnaise add anywhere between 1/4-1/2 cup more to achieve desired consistency.
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- salt to taste
- black pepper
- 1/2 cup carrot shredded
- 1/2 cup yellow onion grated
Optional mix-ins- 1 can of tuna, a few chopped up hard boiled eggs, chopped up green onions
