Meatballs
Preheat oven to 400°F then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
1 lb ground chuck beef, 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp dried parsley, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 2 cloves garlic, 1 large egg, 1/4 cup milk
Form into meatballs, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter.
Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Instructions:
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until soft and fragrant.

Add crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper. Lower heat and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust the seasonings to your likings.

Once meatballs are done, add them to the simmering marinara sauce. Let them simmer in the sauce for 10 minutes.
Spaghetti and Assembly
Spaghetti: 1 lb, cooked according to package instructions
To serve, place cooked spaghetti on plates, top with marinara sauce and meatballs, and garnish with fresh basil or chopped fresh parsley and Parmesan.
