Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chuck beef
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes use less or more depending on spicy you want them
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Shape mixture into meatballs, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter.
  • Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Serve with marinara sauce and pasta, or as meatball parmigiana inspired by their appetizer (in marinara sauce and topped with melted italian cheeses and toasted bread crumbs.
