Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, celery, and red onion. Mix well.

1/4 cup red onion
Chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl. Stir gently to coat the shrimp with the dressing.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled, garnished with fresh dill if desired.

This can be served on a bed of lettuce, in a sandwich or a croissant sandwich, or even as an appetizer in the center of an acvocado.
Notes
To cook your shrimp, you can either steam them in a vegetable steamer or boil for about 2 minutes or until pink and fully cooked.
