McDonald's Pancake Recipe Copycat

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup AP flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 egg at room temperature
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing whisk the granualted sugar, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until combined.
  • Add in the dry ingredients and whisk jus tuntilcombined (Don't overmix.)
  • Preheat a griddle, non stick pan, or cat iron over medium heat. Grease with a little butter then add about 1/4 cup of batter and cook 2 minutes or until bubbles start to appear at the top of the pancake.
  • Flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve immediately or transfer to a large plate for later. Top with maple syrup or fresh fruits.
