Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup fresh basil
  • 2 garlic cloves peeled and chopped
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts or walnuts I used walnuts here because it is much cheaper.

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, blend the basil leaves, garlic, parmesan cheese, nuts, and salt. Once mixed well, add in the softened butter and mix again to combine.
    2/3 cup fresh basil, 2 garlic cloves, 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons pine nuts or walnuts, 1/2 cup butter
  • Use as a spread, a dip, pasta sauce, or chill in the fridge and scoop dollops on top of your salmon or chicken before baking!
