Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 3 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 3/4 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
    1/2 cup apricot jam, 3 tbsp pineapple juice, 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 tsp soy sauce, 3/4 tsp yellow mustard, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Place over medium heat and allow it to simmer for 5-10 minutes or until it reaches the desired thickness.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
