Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix packet
  • 1 to 2 fresh jalapeños seeded and roughly chopped (adjust based on desired spice level)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, ranch dressing mix packet, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, chopped jalapeños, and lime juice.
    3/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup buttermilk, 1 packet ranch dressing mix packet, 1 to 2 fresh jalapeños, 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Blend or process the ingredients until smooth and well combined. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little more buttermilk to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Taste the sauce and add salt and black pepper according to your preference.

  • Transfer the Jalapeño Ranch sauce to a bowl or jar, cover it, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve the Jalapeño Ranch as a dipping sauce for tortilla chips, quesadillas, tacos, or any other Tex-Mex dishes.
