Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 oz mango puree
  • 1 oz Malibu coconut rum
  • 1 oz Captain Morgan white rum
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Sweet and Sour mix this is a syrup made with 1:1 ratio or sugar and a mixture of half lemon juice half lime juice.
  • 1/2 oz Blue Curcao Floated on top
  • Pineapple wedge & leaf for garish

Instructions
 

  • Add the ice to a Margarita shooner beer glass then top with the mango puree.
    1 oz mango puree, 1 cup ice
  • Add about 1 ounce of Malibu coconut rum and1 ounce of Captain Morgan white rum or whichever white rum you prefer.
    1 oz Malibu coconut rum, 1 oz Captain Morgan white rum
  • Top with the pineapple juice and the sweet and sour and gently drizzle the blue curcao on top to create a layered drink with yellow at the bottom and blue on top.
    1 oz Pineapple juice, 1 oz Sweet and Sour mix, 1/2 oz Blue Curcao
  • Top with a pineapple wedge and a pineapple leaf for garnish and enjoy!
