PF CHANG's Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

PF Chang makes some of the best fried rice! Here is my version of PF Chang's Chicken Fried Rice Recipe!

Ingredients you'll Need

Rice Vegetable oil Eggs   Garlic  Salt White pepper Ginger  Onion 

Carrots  Peas  Scallions Chicken breast  Soy sauce Sesame oil Molasses

In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Then, add the beaten eggs, with a little salt and pepper, and cook until set.

Step 1

In the same pan, add the garlic, ginger, onion, peas, and carrots. and cook for 2-3 minutes. After, add the frozen peas and continue to cook for another minute or so.

Step 2

Add the chilled rice to the pan and stir to combine with the vegetables. Then cook for a few minutes.

Step 3

Add the diced scallions and cooked chicken breast to the pan and stir to combine.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and molasses. Then, pour the sauce over the rice and stir to coat. After, add the cooked eggs back to the pan and stir. Mix until well combined.

Step 5
