White rice Vegetable oil Peas Carrots Green onions Garlic
Eggs Soy sauce Oyster sauce Sesame oil Salt Pepper
In a pan, add the minced garlic and sliced green onions to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute. Then, move that to the side and add in the beaten eggs. Allow them to cook for a few seconds.
Using a spatula, scramble the eggs and mix them with the garlic and green onions. Transfer the egg mixture to a bowl and set aside.
In the same pan, add the peas and carrot and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Then, add the cooked white rice to the pan. After, stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
Drizzle the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the rice. Then, toss everything together. After, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes. Next, add in the scrambled eggs and mix again. Finally, its ready to eat!
